Jay Coolidge is an experienced and dedicated professional in the pest control industry. Jay has accumulated 17 years of experience and is currently serving as the Branch Manager of Bug Shark in Cincinnati, Ohio. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
Starting as a route technician, Jay quickly advanced in his career, eventually becoming a department manager where he excelled in motivating and educating new pest professionals. He then took the entrepreneurial path by owning and operating Heat Rite Pest Pros for 8 years, specializing in bed bug heat treatments.
Jay's primary focus is on providing excellent customer service and helping people overcome their pest concerns. He finds fulfillment in educating customers about pests, alleviating their fears, and ensuring their peace of mind. Outside of work, Jay values his role as a father to four children and a husband to his wife.
It's evident that Jay is dedicated to his work and takes pride in making a positive impact on the lives of his customers.
